Canadian customer with narrow heel and bunions
Posted on April 22, 2009 | No CommentsYour website has an incredible number of styles, do i first send you a sketch of my feet before I can order online? I have a narrow heel, bunions that make my foot wide before the toes, I dont want to order until I feel that I can do that without needing to ever return the shoes as I am sure i have to pay duty, taxes and shipping here in Canada. I would appreciate some feedback, thanks m M- We are here for you! Click here to find out how to measure your feet. http://www.designershoes.com/designer/dept.asp?s_id=0&dept_id=103 -

Posted on March 19, 2009 | 2 CommentsI received these shoes and they are too short. I have measured my feet twice at shoe store and once per directions at Zappos.com and they measure 11.5 W. What can I do? I'm getting married in May and am getting pretty depressed about the shoe situation. Paula -
Narrow Feet in Australia
Posted on March 19, 2009 | No CommentsHi I love your website! I have measured my feet as per your instructions on the website. Exact measurements are: Length 9 7/8 inches width: 3 3/8 inches. I am not sure what width and length that equates to on your sizing on the website. I am guessing it's a 10 N. Is that correct? I live in Australia. What would the postage be? -

Shoe sizes/ widths?
Posted on March 19, 2009 | 1 CommentDear Shoe Lady, I am thinking of ordering some shoes from your online store, but before I do that I wanted to ask about sizes, especially widths. My heel to toe length is about 10.5 in., and my ball width is about 4 3/8 in. I am interested in the following shoes and boots – do you think 11 WW will fit me? 49924 VERA, BLACK PATENT BY BELLA VITA 16377 JOCELYN, BLACK BY SUPREMES 53385 FROST, BLACK QUILTED BY SOFT STYLE Thanks for the help, Lauralee In a word, yes! All of the styles you’ve picked are... -
Fitting my wide foot
Posted on March 4, 2009 | 1 CommentI measured my foot, and it is 9 3/4 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide. From the floor to the top of my foot about mid-instep is 2 1/2 inches high. And the biggest part of my ankle where the bone protrudes is 11 3/8 inches. Because of the height of the top of my foot to the floor, I usually can not wear normal shoes that "wrap" up the foot or have a design that would go up the foot. Could you give me some different size possiblilties? Normal shoes that don't go up the foot, ones that do, and ones with ankle straps. Where an anklet would normally fit for me is 10 1/2 inches. -
Shoes for European Travel
Posted on March 4, 2009 | No CommentsDear Shoe Lady, I’m going to Italy for a two week vacation. I’ll never find my size there so I need to be sure to pack the right shoes. What do you suggest? SL, Tampa, FL Dear SL, Fortunately for you I can tell you what is in style this summer and what comfort and fashion oriented travelers are wearing. Lace ups are huge. Most women traveling have discovered the sport casual lace up look launched a few years ago by Puma. I suggest you look at our Swift by Hush Puppies style to get an idea of this look....
